Return & Exchange Policy
At Lucia Jewelry, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issue with your piece, we offer the following exchange policy:
1. In-Person Purchases (Markets):
- Customers may bring back the item to our market booth within 1 years of purchase for an exchange.
- The exchange will be processed for a store credit, which can be used towards any future purchase at our market booth.
2. Online Purchases (Instagram and Facebook):
- Customers who make purchases through Instagram or Facebook may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, as per Instagram and Facebook Guidelines.
- Refunds for online purchases will be issued to the original form of payment and the item must be sent back in order to fulfill the refund.
Please note:
- Items must be returned to redeem a store credit.
- Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges and refunds.
