  • Items must be returned to us in person or shipped back to begin the exchange or repair process.
  • If the exact item is unavailable, we’ll offer a comparable replacement or store credit.
  • We do not offer refunds for in-store or website purchases, but store credit is always available.

 

As a small business, we take pride in the quality of our products and offer free repairs as a reflection of that commitment.


Purchases made through Facebook/Instagram Shops are eligible for a refund within 30 days, per their return policies.
