Shipping policy

All orders have a 24–48 hour processing time before they are shipped. Once processed, packages are handed directly to USPS for delivery.

We may contact you if your address appears invalid or incomplete, so please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. To help prevent delays or lost packages, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing your address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped, so accuracy at checkout is essential. That said, we use an address validation system to help verify all shipping details, and have successfully fulfilled hundreds of orders to date without a single lost package.
