Lucia Jewelry is based in Cocoa Village, Florida. We are a family-run business — you can visit us at our shop at 25 Stone Street, Cocoa Village, FL, or find us regularly at local pop-up markets throughout Brevard County.

Every Lucia piece is personally selected and designed by Ariana and Lucia. Our collection is carefully curated — and some pieces are also handcrafted by us in-house. We work closely with trusted manufacturers across the USA, Italy, and Asia, overseeing every detail from silhouette to finish. This isn't wholesale browsing or catalogue picking. Ariana and Lucia are hands-on with design direction, quality standards, and final approval on every piece that carries the Lucia name.

Many of our production partners are small, family-run operations — businesses we've built real relationships with and are proud to work alongside.

All Lucia pieces are made from 18K Gold Over PVD Plated Stainless Steel. PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a professional plating process that bonds the gold layer far more durably than standard gold plating — making it highly resistant to tarnish, scratching, and fading.

Every piece is waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic — designed to be worn daily without worry.

We believe the most sustainable piece of jewelry is one you never have to throw away. That's why quality isn't a feature for us — it's the whole point. We'd rather produce fewer things done right than flood the market with pieces that end up forgotten in a drawer.

We intentionally keep our runs small. It means less waste, more attention to each piece, and a collection that feels considered rather than mass-produced. We hold our production partners to the same standards we hold ourselves to — and we only work with manufacturers whose practices we'd be comfortable talking about openly.

Our pieces are designed to be worn daily and are waterproof and tarnish-resistant. To keep them looking their best:

• Avoid prolonged contact with harsh chemicals (bleach, chlorinated pools)
• Put jewelry on after applying perfume, lotion, or hairspray
• Store in the pouch or box provided when not in use
• Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth as needed

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. We currently offer one shipping option — the most affordable rate available — so your order gets to you quickly without any surprise fees.

We don't offer refunds, but we stand fully behind the quality of every piece. All Lucia jewelry comes with a complimentary 1-year repair and replacement guarantee. If something breaks, tarnishes unexpectedly, or isn't right, we'll repair or replace it — no questions asked.

We don't offer refunds on any pieces, including earrings. However, all jewelry — earrings included — is covered under our complimentary 1-year repair and replacement guarantee. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll take care of it.
