Every Lucia piece is personally selected and designed by Ariana and Vilma. They source materials and work closely with trusted manufacturers across the USA, Italy, and Asia — curating every detail from silhouette to finish. This isn't wholesale browsing or catalogue picking. Ariana and Vilma are hands-on with design direction, quality standards, and final approval on every piece that carries the Lucia name.

Many of our production partners are small, family-run operations — businesses we've built real relationships with and are proud to work alongside.

We work with a range of high-quality metals chosen for their durability, wearability, and skin safety. Depending on the piece, you'll find:

• 18K gold plated — a thick layer of real gold over a base metal, for a rich, warm finish
• Gold filled — a pressure-bonded layer of 14K or 18K gold over brass; more durable than plating and longer-lasting
• Stainless steel — highly resistant to tarnish, rust, and scratching; excellent for everyday wear
• Surgical steel — a medical-grade stainless steel that's especially gentle on sensitive skin and ears

Each product listing notes the specific material. All Lucia pieces are waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic — designed to be worn daily without worry.

We believe the most sustainable piece of jewelry is one you never have to throw away. That's why quality isn't a feature for us — it's the whole point. We'd rather produce fewer things done right than flood the market with pieces that end up forgotten in a drawer.

We intentionally keep our runs small. It means less waste, more attention to each piece, and a collection that feels considered rather than mass-produced. We hold our production partners to the same standards we hold ourselves to — and we only work with manufacturers whose practices we'd be comfortable talking about openly.

Our pieces are designed to be worn daily and are waterproof and tarnish-resistant. To keep them looking their best:

• Avoid prolonged contact with harsh chemicals (bleach, chlorinated pools)
• Put jewelry on after applying perfume, lotion, or hairspray
• Store in the pouch or box provided when not in use
• Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth as needed

Free shipping on all US orders over $65. Orders under $65 ship at a flat rate. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery after shipment:

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
• Priority shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight: 1 business day

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Yes. If you're local to Cocoa Village, select free in-store pickup at checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready — usually within 1 business day. Pick up at 25 Stone Street, Cocoa Village, FL.

Currently we ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and interested in a piece, email us at shopluciajewelry@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

We want you to love your Lucia piece. If something isn't right:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn and in original packaging
• Eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

To start a return, email us at shopluciajewelry@gmail.com with your order number.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. If you received a damaged or incorrect pair, or would like to exchange for a different style, reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

We're sorry to hear that. Please email shopluciajewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it quickly.

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during a site-wide sale are not eligible for return or refund. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Absolutely. We bring our full collection to every pop-up and you're welcome to try on anything before you buy. We accept all major credit cards and cash at events. If a specific piece matters to you, message us beforehand and we'll confirm we're bringing it.
